Hey Music Theatre Majors-

I just wanted to let all of you know (Before it gets around with rumors and such) that I will not be coming back as a music theatre major next semester, in fact, I'm not even sure if I will be going to school next semester at all.

I wanted to write something about it on here so that false rumors don't fly about why I'm leaving.  It's not because of casting or anything like that, it's a personal decision that I made because I'm not sure that Music Theatre is what I want to do ultimately.  I think I want to teach (What do I want to teach, you may ask? I'm not sure  yet, but I'm leaning towards dance) so I'm going  to explore a few options and see where I end up.

I love you all, and I love this Music Theatre department, but I have to do what I think is best.  Don't worry though, I'll be around, I'm sure.

Okay, so I know I haven't posted in so long that probably no one will read this, but here goes anyway. 

I'm at some coffee shop somewhere in OKC and I really like it; I'm having a blast.  Hey, who doesn't like live music and a semi-quiet atmosphere to do homework?

Hot 'N Cole callbacks next Tuesday.  Definately not looking forward to those, but I think it would be a really great show to be in.  Not getting my hopes up though.

That's pretty much all for now.  Life's kinda boring at the moment.  Oh yeah, I start my new job at Charleston's on Friday.  Yay for tips!!!!

Yay!!!!! For Fall Break!!!!!!  What has everyone got planned?

For me?  Not much; just working, and hopefully making some time to go home since I haven't been home since May, and I miss it terribly.

I've had a really productive and long, but good day.  I finally got to work on my audition pieces with Dr. Streets, I memorized all my rep for Voice, I put on a beard in stage makeup (which, by the way, was totally fun) and yet I still feel like I have so much to do. 

But I'm not worried, Fall Break starts today for me because I don't have any classes on MWFs and I walked in to Charleston's yesterday for a new job, and they hired me on the spot.  So life's not awful, I just feel behind.

I'm gonna go now, I hope everyone is doing well!!
